1. What products can I return ?

You can request a return for all the products ordered from Cometbuster.com, if they are within the eligible return window, except those which are identified as not returnable, or as mentioned in the listing there of.

Products are returnable if you have received an item which is in a physically damaged condition, has missing parts or accessories, different or defective from its description on the product page on Cometbuster.com.

2. How do I return an item ?

  1. Go to My Orders and search the order id you want to return.
  2. Click on view order correspondent to that order id which you wish to return.
  3. Scroll down select the reason for return, and describe your issue, and click return.
  4. Under your order return section, you will be able to see the return initiated order.
  5. If the order is eligible for return, you will be intimated about the pickup, if pickup service is there, or you will have to return the order by yourself to the address shared with you.

3. Guidelines for returning an order.

  1. Your address and the product should be eligible for return.
  2. If pickup service is not there, a self return option will be provided.
  3. Once return is received, it will be processed according to Cometbuster.com return policy, and you will be refunded according to Cometbuster.com refund policy. For cash on delivery orders, you will have to share your bank account details with us and we will transfer the eligible payment within 72 hours of you sharing the bank details.

4. How to track my returns?

To track your returns :-

  • Go to the Returns Section.
  • Click the Order ID
  • Track the AWB no. with correspondent courier company site.

6. Are all items purchased on Cometbuster.com eligible for replacements?

If you receive the product in damaged or defective condition or is different from the description on product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement or refund, depending upon the availability of the item. Please, keep in mind that, you need to intimate within 24 hours of the receipt of the item, if you have received it damaged, or is different from the description on the product page.

General Returns Policy:-

  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window, if the product is received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Cometbuster.com, please keep in mind that, damage, different than description, or missing accessories complaint has to be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • If there is an issue with a product, that is under manufacturer warranty, you will have to visit the respective service centre,if declared defective by them, we will replace the product, if it is within the return time window.
  • Return will be processed only under following conditions:
  1. It will be checked that the product was not damaged while it was in your possession;
  2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  3. the product is returned in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all accessories therein).
  • If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any Data, please ensure that you have removed any kind of data or information from the device, as Comet Busters won't be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  • Product may not returnable if, it is ordered in error, or wrong model ordered, in such cases, restocking fees is applicable, which may amount to 50% of the product value.
  • Products, which are mentioned under non-returnable category cannot be returned.

Please keep in mind that, if you receive a damaged product, it should be intimated within 24 hours of the receipt.
