Reliance Jio Infocomm has released its 4G services from August 15 along with free voice service and information services.
A note by Bank of America Merrill Lynch states, "When Jio commercially launches its telco services (expected on August 15) we expect the company to offer a differentiated offering," Bank of America Merrill Lynch said that it anticipates that Jio will offer a separate offering, which will be unlimited VoLTE voice packaged with its information offering above Rs 300 per month.
It also added that VoLTE will help increase the revenue for the next 12-18 months.
The Jio services had started about a year ago in December for Reliance employees only. Later it came out with a Jio Preview offer. In this, the buyers got 3 months of free 4G mobile data, free calls among a couple of other free services. After this, it extended its preview offer to choose Samsung 4G cell phones and HP portable PC clients.
The company recently announced that it was attempting to guarantee full system streamlining before the complete rollout of its services.
Additionally, recently, the company has redesigned its Jiofi2 MiFi gadget in order to interface it with more gadgets.
In its yearly report for 2015-16, RILBSE said that Jio will have more than 92,000 Evolved Node B (eNodeB) and more than 1,00,000 small cells at the time of launch.
The new 4G accomplice as of now has a system of more than 2,50,000 course km of optic fibre link (OFC) for a full-IP system.
The India based company also said that Jio has deployed advanced network technologies such as Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualisation (NFV). Also, its system is fully prepared to incorporate the move to 5G with using any extra capital.
